Build a neuroinclusive workplace where every employee can thrive

Unlock the strengths of neurodivergent talent in your organisation. Equip your managers, invest in your teams and create a truly inclusive workplace.

Why neurodiversity matters

Neurodiversity is your organisation’s untapped advantage. When you create an environment where every brain can thrive, you’ll unlock innovation, retain top talent and safeguard your reputation as an inclusive leader.

Build confident managers, create inclusive workplaces

Many organisations want to support neurodivergent employees, but managers often feel unsure how to:

  • Have supportive, appropriate conversations

  • Enable their team members to work at their best

  • Balance performance with wellbeing

  • Lead inclusively without ‘getting it wrong’

That uncertainty impacts confidence, performance and retention.

That’s where the work starts.

I provide practical neurodiversity training and support that helps HR teams and managers feel confident, capable and clear about what to do.

Why organisations work with me

  • Lived experience of neurodivergence, not just theory

  • Senior leadership and management background with an understanding of real workplace pressures

  • Professional coaching expertise which turns insight into action

  • Experience supporting both individuals and organisations

This means training is not just theoretical – it’s practical, realistic and grounded in real workplace challenges.

Kind client words

  • I hadn’t worked with a coach before and I was a little apprehensive at first, but Aileen is the best and loveliest coach I could have asked for. She is calm, kind, patient and understanding. She put me at ease and made me comfortable talking to her straightaway, and took the time to really listen and understand my situation. Each session felt like a safe space where I could speak openly and honestly without judgement. Aileen made me feel seen, heard and understood every time we met.

    Lori, Senior Leader

  • Aileen coached me during a very difficult time in my career. Due to a number of things I felt absolutely useless. I had lost confidence in myself. Aileen helped me understand my feelings, why I was experiencing them and she gave me the tools and techniques to deal with the challenges I had to face. This included applying for a new job. I now have a new job to look forward to. Aileen helped me explore the type of organisation I would like to work for and how to spot any red flags either before or during interviews. I am delighted to be starting work with an organisation whose values align with my own. I will be eternally grateful for the guidance and support I received from Aileen.

    Kirsty, Housing Professional

  • Aileen was really friendly and I felt able to trust her with what was happening at work. She calmly discussed my situation and helped me to find some areas to improve professionally that I hadn't considered. It was a really productive use of my time.
