Neurodiversity services
Neurodiversity is the concept that we are all different in terms of our neurocognitive abilities. It is an umbrella term that covers autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, Tourette syndrome and other conditions.
Everyone has strengths and challenges, but neurodivergent people have larger variations between those strengths and challenges which can lead to inconsistent performance at work.
Workplace strategies
Aileen works with neurodivergent people to help them make best use of their strengths and identify strategies that can help them navigate workplace challenges.
She uses a strengths-based approach to help people identify their strengths and how best to use them to enable them to work at their best.
She also runs neurodiversity training courses and group coaching sessions for employers to help them leverage the strengths of their neurodivergent employees, to raise awareness of neurodiversity throughout the organisation, to identify barriers that prevent people from working at their best, and to become a neuroinclusive employer.
She works with managers to help them expand their awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace and to ensure they know how to support their neurodivergent colleagues, including having conversations about adjustments.
Aileen is an associate coach with Genius Within, an organisation that works with neurodivergent people and their employers.

Neurodiversity training
We provide online or face-to-face training sessions to help organisations gain a better understanding of neurodiversity and become more inclusive. Sessions are bespoke, but typically include information on different neurominorities, including strengths and challenges, psychological safety, inclusion, intersectionality, the legal definition of disability, adjustments, providing effective feedback and rejection-sensitive dysphoria.
Price depends on the length of the session, whether it is in person or online, and how much content needs to be created. Aileen will arrange a call first to find out more about your requirements and will then provide a quote.
Aileen was so kind and caring during my coaching sessions. She has a unique ability to help you make sense of things and gently guides you to find solutions. I was going through a very difficult time at work, and she has helped me through this so that I can see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
