Neurodiversity services

Neurodiversity is the concept that we are all think, process and experience the world differently. It is an umbrella term that includes autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, Tourette syndrome, and more.

While everyone has strengths and challenges, neurodivergent people often experience a wider gap between the two - bringing exceptional abilities in some areas, alongside difficulties in others.

How I can help

I work with neurodivergent people to help them make best use of their strengths and develop strategies to navigate workplace challenges with more ease and confidence.

Using a strengths-based approach, we focus on what’s working well - and how to tackle the challenges - so you can work at your best.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I also deliver neurodiversity training courses and group coaching sessions for organisations. These are designed to help teams and leaders:

  • Understand neurodiversity and its impact in the workplace

  • Identify and remove barriers that prevent people from working effectively

  • Create a more inclusive, supportive environment

  • Leverage the unique strengths neurodivergent employees bring

  • Build confidence around adjustments and inclusive conversations

I also work directly with managers to help them expand their awareness and equip them with the tools they need to support their neurodivergent team members effectively and sensitively.

I’m proud to be an associate coach with Genius Within, an organisation dedicated to supporting neurodivergent people and promoting neuroinclusion at work.

In addition to my professional experience, I bring lived experience of neurodivergence - which informs my practice, deepens my empathy and helps me create a coaching space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood.

As a regular speaker at conferences and events, I also deliver keynotes and workshops on neurodiversity and inclusion.

Neurodiversity training

I provide online or face-to-face training sessions to help organisations gain a better understanding of neurodiversity and become more inclusive. Sessions are bespoke, but typically include information on different neurominorities, including strengths and challenges, psychological safety, inclusion, intersectionality, the legal definition of disability, adjustments, providing effective feedback and rejection-sensitive dysphoria.

Price depends on the length of the session, whether it is in person or online, and how much content needs to be created. I will arrange a call first to find out more about your requirements and will then provide a quote.

Aileen was so kind and caring during my coaching sessions. She has a unique ability to help you make sense of things and gently guides you to find solutions. I was going through a very difficult time at work, and she has helped me through this so that I can see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
