Introduction to Neurodiversity
(90 minutes)

This concise session offers an introduction to neurodiversity, exploring what it means and why it matters in the workplace.

Ideal for teams and organisations at the start of their neuroinclusion journey, this course covers the basics of different neurotypes, common strengths and challenges, the impact in the workplace and examples of adjustments that help to create a more supportive environment for everyone.

Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace
(Half day)

This interactive half-day course goes deeper into neurodiversity in the workplace. In addition to the topics covered in the shorter course, participants will learn about the importance of psychological safety and how to create inclusive environments for both colleagues and customers. The course includes space for discussion and Q&A.

Full Day Neurodiversity Course

This comprehensive full-day training offers in-depth learning for organisations committed to embedding neuroinclusion in their culture. The course covers neurodiversity awareness, strengths and challenges of different neurotypes, psychological safety, effective adjustments, rejection sensitivity, emotional regulation and delivering effective feedback. There’s opportunity for group work, practice with scenarios, and dedicated time for questions, ensuring your team leaves with practical tools and greater confidence to create a neuroinclusive workplace and provide better support to customers.
